What time is check-in?

Check-in is after 4pm, unless other arrangements have been made. We can accommodate an early check-in if no other guests are scheduled to check-out that same morning, or if there is no scheduled maintenance. Please call our front desk at 509-476-4000, before 5pm the day prior to your arrival, to confirm availability.

What time is check-out?

Check out time is 10am. No late check-outs. Please notify us if any damage occurs during your stay so we may organize for replacement or repair.

Can I bring my pets?

We have many pet friendly cottages, although not all of our vacation rental cottages allow pets. Guests bringing pets will obtain approval prior to arrival and pay a pet fee. Pets must be house trained and are never allowed on furniture, including beds. Guests will sign an addendum to the rental contract agreeing to the conditions that allow for pets at our cottages.

We appreciate that your pet is part of your family and welcome him or her to the Beach. For the safety of your pet and other guests, we require that you keep pets on a leash when outside of the cottage or fenced yard. We also ask that you please clean up after your pet. There is a $50.00 fine if this rule is broken.

What is the cancellation policy?

Any requested cancellation must be sent in writing to Within 10 days of making your reservation your deposit is fully refundable. After 10 days your initial deposit is non-refundable. If your reservation is cancelled within 61 days of your scheduled arrival, 50% of your deposit is refundable. Within 60 days of your scheduled arrival all deposits are non-refundable.

Sorry, no changes are permitted within 60 days of arrival. Rental fees, resort and housekeeping fees are subject to applicable taxes. All rates, fees and policies are subject to change without notice.

Do you allow wedding or small intimate events?

We do not permit weddings and small events at our rental cottages. The occupancy listed on the property page is the maximum occupancy allowed at the home. Please discuss event planning with our reservation specialists and we would be happy to offer a group booking rate and planning information for any planned events.

Your Vacation Rental Cottage

What is supplied in the home?

Legend Resorts Management US equips each vacation rental cottage with the conveniences and amenities necessary to help you begin your vacation the moment you walk through the door. Some of the rental supplies you can look forward to include everything from linens, towels, dish soap & hair dryers. Be sure to look at the amenities available in your chosen cottage on the property detail page before you start packing for your trip.

Will we have WIFI?

Yes, all our cottages include high speed fiber-optic internet services.

Should we bring bottled water?

No! All cottages are connected to city water services. Bottled water is only necessary by choice.

Will my cottage have air conditioning?

All our cottages come equipped with air conditioning. All homes also have ceiling fans. Our signature screened verandas allow for natural air flow when doors are open.

How do I pick up my key?

Stop by our administration building during hours of operation to pick up your keycard. Should you be arriving after hours, arrangements can be made to have your key ready for you when you arrive. Please let us know your expected arrival time so we can ensure you have worry free access. Your cottage keycard also lets you access our fitness center.

Can I view real estate listings during my stay?

Yes, please call our front desk and our in-house real estate specialist would be happy to show you around. Whether you are looking for a family home to be shared for generations to come or for an investment property to use part time and receive income in our rental program, your Veranda Beach Real Estate specialist can guide you on a purchase.

Can I rent a boat or water sports equipment at Veranda Beach?

Is there a nearby store to pick up essential grocery items?

Grocery stores are available in Oroville, WA just a short drive from Veranda Beach. During our summer season, essential grocery items are also available in our Village Store right here in the Resort.

I own a home in Veranda Beach and would like to get on your vacation rental program. How do I get more information?
